Chicken – General Tso’s Chicken









Sauce:
¼ Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp Corn Starch
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Crushed Red Peppers (Optional)
Mix all Ingredients together and set aside.



2 Green Onions cut into 1 inch pieces
3 Cloves of Garlic minced
1” piece of Ginger shredded
Set ingredients off to the side.



1 pound skinless chicken breast cut into 1” squares
Scramble 1 large egg and pour onto chicken pieces
Mix chicken pieces into 1 cup of all purpose flour.



1. Deep Fry chicken at 375° until golden brown.
2. Add 1 Tbs oil to a wok and stir fry vegetable for 1 minuet.
3. Add sauce and continue to stir fry until sauce is boiling.
4. Add chicken and continue to stir fry until sauce is thick and chicken is well coated.
5. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds (Optional)



Serve with Rice
